The 85-year-old Robinson, who joined LSU football as a consultant in the summer of 2019, got too close to the action midway through Saturday night's first quarter.

Alabama running back Najee Harris got tackled into Robinson with 7:12 left in the first quarter.

Play was temporarily stopped while medical people helped Robinson to his feet. After adjusting his face mask, Robinson appeared to stay on the sideline.
